If anyone is considering going to Aruba I would suggest reconsidering. Maybe take a nice trip to St. Lewis or Santa Fe. Aruba is pretty, lots of great beaches, and small. All three of those things are wonderful but the Island has some draw backs. Everything is way to expensive, there is really little to do, and almost nothing to see except the coast. I know, I know, the coast is lovely, the water is warm and you get to tell people that you were in the Caribbean, but I wanted more out of it.
I think a trip to Hawaii would have been more enjoyable tropical paradise. I would have loved to hike around volcanoes and through lush forests, on top of sitting out at wonderful sandy beaches with amazing pacific waters.
However, if you still decide to go to Aruba, talk to me, I'll tell you what to do while there, because there is some cool stuff.
